Junior Project Manager – Software Engineering
Junior Project Managers are the primary keepers and managers of the project schedules for our software teams. You will help manage tech feature development, integrations and project timelines from a technical perspective through the project lifecycle, developing project plans, schedules, delivery estimates, resource plans and status reports. You will help organize and maintain project schedules, assisting teams with scope and deadline management during sprints.
In the Junior role, you will also be responsible for proactively identifying project risks, issues, and triggers. You’ll process SOWs and POs with our legal and procurement teams.
2+ years of experience in a coordinator/project manager position.
Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework and techniques (such as backlog tracking, definition of done, user stories, automated testing, tasks, burndown metrics, velocity).
Able to create, manage, and maintain custom team reports using Excel, Jira, Word, Wrike, Microsoft Project, and other standard tools.
2-3 years of experience in game development as a Producer, Agile Coach, SCRUM Master, or Development Manager, and have worked with or led a team through a full product cycle.
Experience working with or for the Department of Defense.

These tools tackle problems from data ingestion and storage, to data visualization and advanced communications networks. In order to achieve this goal, we require a first-rate development ecosystem.
